Online Lesson Policies:
➡️Please let the studio know if you are not able to attend your lesson. Any missed lesson may be made up within 30 days, based on the teacher’s availability.
➡️If the teacher logs on to the online lesson and the student has not logged on, the teacher will wait 10 minutes and then log off. No make up or credit will be provided for a lesson missed without providing notice.
➡️If a lesson is cancelled by the instructor, a make up lesson will be provided.
Lesson Environment:
➡️The lesson area in your home should be quiet, with minimal interruptions. Please turn off the TV, electronics, etc.
Recitals:
➡️Online recital will be held twice each year, in which all online students will be invited (but not required) to attend.
Terminating Lessons:
➡️Lessons can be terminated at any time, provided that 30 days’ notice is provided. You have the option of taking the final four lessons or not - but payment will be required.
➡️We reserve the right to terminate lessons at anytime for disruptive behavior, or failing to adhere to our policies.
