All instructors are required to pass a thorough background check.
What Happens if I am Not Able to Attend My Lesson?
We totally understand that life happens. If you ever need to cancel a lesson for any reason, it may be rescheduled and made up at a later date - no questions asked.
What Can I Expect At My Lessons?
Each instructor spends a lot of time customizing lessons, to ensure that each student is learning what they like and having fun. Your instructor will start you slowly (depending on your level), introducing new concepts each week, plus give you exercises and songs so that you can continue learning at home between lessons.
How Much Practice Time Will be Required?
This varies by age, and by the goals set by the student. Most new students devote 15-20 minutes to practice, 3-5 days/week. Advanced students often practice for an hour or more daily.
How Many Lessons do I Have to Commit To?
We ask new students to commit to one month of lessons at registration time.
What Platform do You Use for Online Lessons?
We primarily use Zoom, but can also accommodate lessons via Skype or FaceTime.
Can I Get a Refund on Lessons I Did Not Attend?
No. We always offer make up lessons for missed lessons. There is never any cash value for missed lessons.
Where Will my Lessons Take Place?
In-Studio lessons can be taken at any of our three Brantford-area locations (North End Brantford, West Brant, or Paris).
You may also take lessons online.
We also have instructors who will travel to your home for lessons in the Brantford/Brant County area.
